This policy explains what information Iron Insights LLC (“Iron Insights,” “we,” “us”) collects through ironinsights.net, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies only to this website — not to the contact center programs we operate for our clients, which are governed by our agreements with those clients.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us through the forms on this site:
- Contact form — your name, company, work email, where your contact center is today, what you need help with, and whether you’d like to receive updates from us.
- Careers form — your name, email, the kind of role you’re interested in, and any note you add. If you email us a resume, we receive whatever it contains.
Like any website, our hosting provider also processes basic technical information — such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested — to deliver and secure the site. This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Please don’t send patient information
These forms are for business inquiries and job applications. Please do not include protected health information (PHI) or any details about a patient’s care. If you need to share sensitive information, email us first and we’ll arrange an appropriate channel.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and follow up about our services.
- To review your interest in working with us and contact you about roles.
- If you opt in, to send occasional updates about contact center insights. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To keep the site secure and working properly.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for others’ marketing.
Where it’s stored and who can see it
Form submissions are stored in our website platform, Wix, which hosts this site and acts as our service provider. Only authorized Iron Insights team members can view them. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, or to a successor in the event of a merger or acquisition.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and applications for as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you’ve sent us, or to stop receiving updates, by emailing team@ironinsights.net. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law; we’ll honor valid requests.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and job seekers. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll post the updated version here and revise the date at the top.
